Located on 32 beautiful shaded acres in Monroe Twp, NJ, we are the perfect location for your company or school picnic, outing, or social event! In addition, you get the safety and security of being the only group at our facility. We host picnics one-at-a-time so we can devote our entire staff to your event!

Our "all-inclusive pricing" provides an "all-you-can-eat" menu, and our professional staff will ensure a great time for everyone!

From Freehold: (20 minutes) Route 33 West for 8 miles. Turn right at the traffic light onto Perrineville Road (The Lobster Shanty will be on the right corner). The camp is 2 miles ahead on the left.
From Manalapan: (7 minutes) Route 33 West for a couple of miles. Turn right at the traffic light onto Perrineville Road (The Lobster Shanty will be on the right corner). The camp is 2 miles ahead on the left.
From East Brunswick: (20 minutes) Cranbury Road South. Turn left at the traffic light onto Route 522 East. Travel about 1 mile on 522 East, go straight through the intersection onto Gatzmer Avenue. Go straight through the traffic light onto Perrineville Road. The camp is 4.2 miles ahead on the right.
From Clarksburg: (15 minutes) Agress Road north for 2.5 miles. Turn left on Perrineville Road. Continue on Prodelin Way for 2 miles to Route 33. Cross Route 33 onto Perrineville Road. The camp is 2 miles ahead on the left.
From Marlboro: (25 minutes) Route 79 South into Freehold. Continue on 537 South past Freehold Raceway Mall. Get onto Route 33 West for 7.5 miles to the traffic light at Perrineville Road. Turn right at the traffic light onto Perrineville Road (The Lobster Shanty will be on the right corner). The camp is 2 miles ahead on the left.
From Cranbury: (12 minutes) US 130 North to Cranbury-South River Road for 1 mile. Turn right onto Prospect Plains Road for 3 miles. Turn right onto Perrineville Road. The camp will be 2 miles ahead on the right.
From Jamesburg: (10 minutes) Gatzmer Avenue towards Grand street. Go through the traffic light onto Perrineville Road. The camp is 4.2 miles ahead on the right.
From Monmouth Junction: (25 minutes) Ridge Road to Route 522 East. Take 522 east for 1.5 miles, then go on US 130 south for 2 miles. Turn left onto Route 32 (Forsgate Drive) for 2 miles, then right onto Applegarth Road for 1.4 miles, turn left on Prospect Plains Road for 1.8 miles. Turn right onto Perrineville Road. The camp will be 2 miles ahead on your right.
From East Windsor: (7 minutes) Route 33 East for about 4 miles. Turn left at the light onto Perrineville Road (The Lobster Shanty will be on the far left corner). The camp is 2 miles ahead on the left.
From West Windsor: (25 minutes) Take Princeton-Hightsown Road (Route 571) East to Route 133 East to the end. Take Route 33 East and follow the directions from East Windsor. |

We recognize the importance of your group outing and our staff are ready to work hard to make it memorable AND affordable. The first step is to choose your date. Next, review our menu and select any add-ons for your event., and last, decide which entertainment options (such as an inflatable slide, carnival games, or DJ) to include. |

Reserve your date and to see how easy your event can be! You make one call to the owner, and we take care of ALL the details from tableclothes to lifeguards and the face painter!
All of our picnics include the EXCLUSIVE use of our facilities. Your group will have the safety and security of a private event with no other groups present. Also included is your private dining area, all sports fields with equipment, state-of-the-art playground, hiking trails, our Olympic-length swimming pools, along with the option of boating and swimming on our lake! There is no additional cost for lifeguards!
We can custom-design a menu to suit your group's individual dietary needs, or develop a menu to work with the theme and budget of your corporate or social event. All of our pricing is based on a minimum of 100 attendees.

| A five-hour event with our All-American Menu ($38.50 per adult / $28.50 per child ages 3-10) |
(All prices are plus 7% tax). This is the perfect package for your get together. When budget matters, our All-American Menu offers quality grilling at the right price.
Start off your barbecue with fresh-ground 1/4 lb. sirloin burgers, cheeseburgers, and veggie burgers, Add Thumans all-beef hot dogs cooked on our charcoal grills. Served with rolls and condiments.

At Eagle River we recognize the importance of your group outing and are ready to work hard to make it memorable AND affordable. Eagle River does not charge schools for use of our facility. There is no additional cost for lifeguards! |
